I am in the process of trying to sort out business cards (trying to decide on whether to go down the moocards route due to budget), and one of my friends put me onto this site of business card designs, some are ingenious in shape and material, others (as below) just look really nice, but use a standard shape, maybe this is the route I should be taking, center my content, and see what happens, I think I may end up sending off and getting several designs back, and let them do the talking, seeing if and where I get the work from.70 Amazing Business Cards - Fubiz™
Good old trial and error market research can you expect better. Although, if anyone knows of a good card company that aren't over priced, I may be interested, i'll design, just need the printing on the cards done.
