Here is a short chat between David Byrne and Thom Yorke on the Real Value of Music. It's an interesting piece which presents how Radiohead aren't trying to change the industry, merely showing other bands that there are other ways to get their music heard. It may not be for everyone, but it can work if there is a strong fan base for your music.
